How does it work with us:
Time of cleaning and drying - 50 minutes
Upon arrival to us:
- entrance diagnostics of your vehicle
- removing the DPF from the vehicle
- visual check using DPF inspection camera
- application of cleaning solution
After conecting the DPF in the cleaning cabine:
- pressure measurement of DPF troughput before cleaning and elaborating customer control protocol
- cleaning with chemical solution
- drying DPF by 65 ºC hot air stream
- pressure measurement of DPF troughput after cleaning and elaborating customer control protocol
Before leaving:
- visual check using DPF inspection camera
- mounting the DPF back on the vehicle
- final diagnostics of the car
Price list for cars:
- DPF cleaning ... 5.500 CZK VAT excluded
- Diagnostics ... 600 CZK / hour (usually 20 min.)
- Service work ... 650 CZK / hour (usual time of disassembly / assembly of DPF is 120 min.)
