How does it work with us:
Because of size and weight, DPF or SCR is is transported on pallete and unloaded with forklift.
After that we will do:
- visual check using DPF inspection camera
- application of cleaning solution
After conecting the DPF in the cleaning cabine:
- pressure measurement of DPF troughput before cleaning and elaborating customer control protocol
- cleaning with chemical solution
- drying DPF by 65 ºC hot air stream
- pressure measurement of DPF troughput after cleaning and elaborating customer control protocol
Before leaving:
- visual check using DPF inspection camera
- packaging of DPF/SCR back on pallete and packing it with foil
Prices of DPF/SCR cleaning:
- EURO 5 ... 16.000 CZK VAT excluded
- EURO 6 ... 20.000 CZK VAT excluded
Time of cleaning and drying - 2 hours
